> Official website of the Stichting voor Collectieve Claims (VCC) for the collective WAMCA procedure against Lynk & Co Sales Netherlands B.V. Participation is free for (former) Lynk & Co 01 subscribers.

The VCC pursues compensation for all affected Lynk & Co 01 subscription customers, including a general compensation of 20–40% of subscription fees and refunds of wrongfully charged amounts (fines, extra costs).
