1Not-for-profitAs a foundation, the VCC has no profit motive.
2WAMCA-compliantEstablished by statute and operating in line with WAMCA requirements.
3Claim Code 2019The board adheres to the 2019 Claim Code and is transparent about its policy and conduct.
4Free for youParticipants pay nothing in advance. Only upon success does a limited, proportionate share go to the litigation funder.

How a VCC collective action works

The VCC collectively represents the interests of affected consumers. Many lack the means to take legal action against large parties on their own. The VCC therefore bundles that strength and conducts a single legal procedure that, once successfully concluded, applies to all affected consumers.

This means you do not need to engage a lawyer yourself and bear no litigation risk. The VCC arranges this on your behalf, engages expert lawyers and provides the funding for the procedure.

  • Legal research by DHKV Advocaten, double-checked through a second opinion
  • Approval by the Supervisory Board before a claim starts
  • The procedure starts once cost coverage is secured
