Claim your compensation as a (former) Lynk & Co 01 subscriber
The Foundation for Collective Claims (VCC) is conducting the collective claim against Lynk & Co Sales Netherlands B.V. and is seeking compensation for all (former) Lynk & Co 01 subscribers. Participation is free and commits you to nothing.

Why was the Lynk & Co claim action started?
Many (former) subscribers suffered considerable inconvenience and financial loss due to the flawed approach in the introduction and operation of the Lynk & Co 01 subscription. The VCC collectively seeks compensation for all (former) subscribers.
Wrongfully charged fines
Lynk & Co failed to correctly register users in the RDW vehicle register. As a result, traffic and parking fines were wrongfully passed on to subscribers.
Late notification of fines
Fines were forwarded only late, depriving you of the chance to adjust your driving behaviour in time. This breaches the duty of care.
Incorrect information on costs
The VCC holds that Lynk & Co misinformed subscribers on several points regarding the true cost of the subscription and its terms.
Empty promises about car sharing
The promised earning model via the app did not work in practice as presented, causing subscribers to miss out on income.
