VCC backs urgent proceedings over unlawful termination of the subscription
Lynk & Co announced it would end the subscription model. In the VCC view, the way the subscriptions are terminated is not necessarily lawful. The VCC therefore backs urgent proceedings against Lynk & Co over the unlawful termination of the car subscription.
For (former) subscribers this does not change their participation in the collective action. If you receive unexpected invoices or debt collection after termination, use the standard dispute letter (see Documents) and add the documents to your file.
