Collective claim officially in the next phase
The WAMCA requires parties to first hold amicable consultation before a collective procedure is brought. On behalf of the VCC, DHKV Advocaten has invited Lynk & Co to this consultation, aimed at recognition of liability and whether a collective settlement is possible.
If the consultation does not lead to a suitable solution, the VCC will proceed to summon. Progress is shared where possible via your file and the newsletter.
