Lynk & Co ends subscriptions: unrest over returning the car
Lynk & Co has announced it will end the subscription model for the Lynk & Co 01. This does not change your position in the claim action: (former) subscribers whose subscription is terminated also qualify for the general compensation.
We advise you to complete your file, in particular your contract, the proof of return and any final settlements. If you receive unexpected invoices, fines or debt collection after termination, use the standard dispute letter (see Documents) and add the documents to your file.
