WAMCA procedure formally announced to Lynk & Co
At the end of January 2026, DHKV Advocaten, on behalf of the Foundation for Collective Claims (VCC), announced in writing to Lynk & Co Sales Netherlands B.V. the intention to start a formal WAMCA procedure.
With more than 1,100 registered participants, a solid basis for the collective action has been laid. New participants can still register free of charge; the larger the group, the stronger the position in the procedure.

In the portal you enter your details, indicate whether you have legal expenses insurance and confirm your participation. You can then upload your documents straight away. Participation is free and commits you to nothing.
